Well, 15 minutes until 2009. The girls and I are watching ELF. Not all of the girls. Maggie is sleeping. Allie just tried to wake her up. This will be Allie's first New Years in a while. She is the one that is usually asleep and won't wake up. Then she complains in the morning that we didn't get her up!
Chrissy took a little nap this afternoon so she is ready. We will have mimosas made with sparkling juice and orange juice. We usually have fresh raspberries too but they were too expensive this year. The girls made our traditional New Year's dinner tonight consisting of meatballs, cocktail weenies wrapped in dough and barbeque chicken (pieces, not wings).
Magpie just got up! I guess we will all get to watch the ball drop! The Jonas brothers are performing on Dick Clark so I guess we will have a rocking New Years!!
